Returns & Exchange Policy
You are entitled to cancel, exchange or return any purchase made via the Clask website within 7 days after your receipt of the product/s and to obtain a full purchase price refund and free return of the product which Clask Beauty will arrange.
Please note that although you are entitled to cancel your purchase as aforesaid, you must return the product in the condition you received it and in the original packaging with labels attached in order to receive a refund.
If the incorrect product is delivered to you inadvertently, please do not remove the product from its original packaging, open or use the product in any way. Contact Clask immediately via email email@example.com or on 0732357335 to replace the incorrect product.
If a product purchased is not dispatched within the agreed period, or where no specific period was agreed, within 21 days after having purchased the Product, the ECT Act entitles you to cancel such a sale on 7 days’ notice to the seller of such product, via email notification.
Defective / Damaged Products:
- Tempered packaging: Do not accept delivered defective or tempered packages. Please report such cases immediately to our courier and on Clask hotline
- Defective product: Defective products should be reported within 48hrs after receipt. As a general rule, customers are advised to inspect their purchased handbag/s on receipt.
- Reports received after 48hrs shall be investigated by the provider and/or its suppliers to determine the cause for damage post-delivery process.
- Reported defective products may be returned to us at our cost for either repair, replacement or refund.
If you find that the product is defective / faulty / damaged and you arrange to return such a product to Clask for inspection as per “processing returns” section below and the product is subsequently found:
- To indeed be defective / faulty / damaged, you are entitled to either have the product repaired / replaced / refunded
- Not to be defective / faulty / damaged, you will be liable for the costs incurred in having such product returned to Clask and then re-delivered back to you.
Please note that the following will NOT render the product defective / faulty / damaged, as aforesaid and will not entitle you to any repair / replacement / refund.
- Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Where a person unauthorized by Clask has altered or damaged the product.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet Clask Beauty standards. Should the Clask Beauty exercise this right, the User will receive their full refund.
Any complaints/comments regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the Marketing Manager, firstname.lastname@example.org
Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 48hrs and handed over to the courier company for delivery.
Delivery time for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday and any time over the weekend is 3 working days for main centres and 5 working days for outlying areas. Saturday and Sunday are not working days. Should Clask Beauty be unable to fulfil an order placed due to stock availability you will be entitled to a full refund.
Main Distribution Centres:
Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein, Nelspriut, George, Kimberly, Polokwane, Welkom & Witbank.
Deliveries to very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers will be via Post Office or PostNet, or to the nearest town that is accessible by the courier within their normal routes. In these circumstances the Provider will be in contact with the user to arrange an alternate address.
Once the goods have been collected the Provider will supply the customer with a tracking number and the courier service’s information in order for the customer to track their parcel. If the remote area is over 150KM and serviced by the courier, you will be charged a flat fee of R300.
Tracking and Receipt
To follow your order, we will send you a tracking code in your confirmation email.
Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
Free domestic door to door delivery is offered on order values of R1600.00 or more (South Africa only).
Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days from receipt of payment. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Clask Beauty or nominated courier’s control, certain orders may take longer than the "usual" 2-5 working days for delivery.
